Our Story

A neighbourhood burger shop
on Streatham High Road.

Melta started with one idea: a proper smash burger should not mean a trek into central London. So we set up on Streatham High Road, bought a heavy flat-top, and got the beef fresh.

Everything is halal, everything is cooked when you order it, and nothing sits under a lamp. The wings get sauced at the pass. The cookie dough goes in the oven when the ticket prints. It is a small operation, and that is rather the point.
